Excellent pole saw. Good reach. Assembly is simple. Disassembling is not easy but I don't really care that much about that.
The saw is self oiling and operates smoothly. Chain cuts through branches with ease. It's not the lightest saw I've used but the balance is good as long as you're not overextended.
The 2 amp battery that it comes with has enough power to make a number of cuts before needing recharging. I also purchased a 6 amp battery for even greater longevity. It's not the easiest tool to store assembled but it can be Disassemble with some effort.
All in all, it's a good value for the money and much better made than some I have had in the past.
